Multiply was once famous for giving everyone a chance to have a site that represents who they are, a collective diary of a generation, a social networks we loved dearly.
Those were the days when I regularly take snapshots of even the most mundane moments. I used to diligently upload my photos, videos, fav music, for sharing to friends, then when everyone eventually migrated to different website.
It's sad because my Multiply account contains a complete documentation of my family adventures. And when I heard that Multiply is going to close its social networking services, I panicked because I have tons of pictures uploaded in my account and I didn't know how I was going to save all of them. But my panic subsided when I found out through a friends tweet about "Weebly.com". Eventually I managed to migrate and downloaded all my stuff from Multiply to Weebly. It is now my new home.
But of course,I give my thanks to the Multiply site for taking care of my site. You've been a good home to me and my friends, you've tied me with all kinds of people. I met most of my dearest friends through this site and people at Multiply were the best I knew. They'll always care to comment. They'll make their way to understand you and so you are to them in return. You've done lots more than you think and I don't know if a simple thank you will be enough. You give me friends to talk with, a place to write in, a knowledge to learn for, and best of all that you bring happiness to me.
Thanks Multiply for preserving those memories. This site will surely be missed. So long and goodbye Multiply... Hello Weebly.
